1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nikdelan LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Nikdelan LLC.

2. Services Overview

Nikdelan LLC provides the following services, each subject to specific terms outlined below:

  • Non Medical Emergency Transportation (NEMT): Non-emergency transport for medical appointments, therapy sessions, pharmacy visits, and related healthcare needs
  • IT Consulting & Contracting: Installation of POS systems, console devices, Ethernet cabling, fiber optics, and related IT infrastructure services
  • Farm Produce, Mechanized Farming & Poultry: Sale of fresh eggs, livestock products, and farm-related goods

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. NEMT Service Terms

The following apply specifically to our Non Medical Emergency Transportation services:

  • Scheduling: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability
  • Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may incur a fee
  • Wait Time: A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Additional wait time may be billed
  • Passenger Conduct: Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in service refusal
  • Liability: Nikdelan LLC is not liable for medical events occurring during transport. Passengers requiring medical monitoring should arrange ambulance services

5. IT Services Terms

  • Scope of Work: All IT projects are defined by a written agreement outlining deliverables, timeline, and costs
  • Site Access: Client must provide reasonable access to work areas during agreed hours
  • Equipment: Nikdelan LLC is not responsible for defects in client-supplied equipment
  • Warranty: Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products

6. Farm Product Terms

  • Orders: All egg and product orders are subject to availability
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders are honored at quoted prices
  • Delivery: Delivery schedules are agreed upon at time of order. Nikdelan LLC is not liable for delays beyond our control
  • Returns: Perishable goods cannot be returned. Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and insurance billing where applicable
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
  • All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Nikdelan LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikdelan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nikdelan LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these terms, non-payment, or conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
